Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Hardware
Carefully wrap each handle and knob in its original protective packaging to prevent scratches during transit, and place them in a sturdy shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
